Swan SI

The SWAN SI series offers a technically advanced and cost-effective solution for the dimensional control of components with thin sheet metal or plastic walls typical of the automotive industry.

The SWAN SI CMMs have air bearings both on the X axis and on the Z axis which guarantee a high performance and high precision result. The X-axis guide is located on the side of the cast iron or granite support surface.

The light and sturdy mobile carriage made entirely of light aluminum alloy and the double mechanical guide sliding system with recirculating ball pads on the side member X, guarantee reliability, precision and speed of measurement.

The SWAN SI can be installed on a pneumatic vibration isolation system for use in production environments, without the need for a dedicated foundation for the machine.

Swan L

The CMM SWAN L series with horizontal arm installed on guides (tracks) allows the machine to be installed flush with the floor of the plant.

Its coatings on the walkways allow the control of large heavy parts, placed on a separate floor, or on a system installed on the ground or an automated system.

The “Console” architectures with integral worktop are extremely modular and simple to configure, guaranteeing flexibility and programmability typical of Measuring Machines with the speed and intuitive use of traditional measurement gauges.

Jupiter

The Jupiter CMM is a reliable high-performance CMM for direct use in production developed specifically for body and sub-assembly control applications.

JUPITER is designed on track and is available in single or double arm configurations. It is totally encapsulated to ensure thermal insulation against environmental changes and includes protection from contamination from the workshop floor.

The open recessed structure, the walkable shelters that protect the X sliding and the completely faired structure guarantee maximum accessibility to the measurement area and simplify loading / unloading operations, as well as allowing use directly in production areas.

High dynamics and superior precision characterize this CMM that can be installed flush with the floor of the factory and is equipped with standard treading coverings.

Air bearings for both the Y axis and the Z axis are the key elements for a high-performance measurement solution. In the configuration with a double arm, the measurement volumes of the two horizontal arms overlap by 100 mm to allow complete measurements of the entire structure.
